In the middle of a road trip, I thought my inverter fluid was low in my 2005 Prius. Knowing that the Prius uses a very specialized fluid, I was thankful to see the Toyota dealership next to my hotel...

Our scheduled maintenance conflicted with an unexpected dental emergency which required a drive to a dentist 75 miles away; your Honda service team really stepped up to the plate offering us a "loaner" while our Honda's work was completed. Our Honda Crosstour needed the transmission serviced while we were on vacation. Griffifth Honda got us in promptly, did a great job and even charged us less than what they had quoted on the phone for the service. Very helpful and friendly customer service and a pleasant waiting area too.

Almost all find buying a new car a horrific experience. My father was the dealer's nightmare. Twenty+ years ago, he would literally stay there 6+ hours to argue the best deal below invoice price. That era is gone. Welcome to the internet generation. One doesn't have to make multiple trips to the dealership to be worn down by asinine "Schrute-ing" ("do it!" "buy it!"). It can be done in one visit! We knew what we wanted as we've always owned Hondas. After emailing with 11 dealers (fyi - 13 Hondas dealers in Oregon) in a span of 4 days, Chris Cady at Griffith was THE only one to provide the following: reasonable offer, no arguing, no hidden prices (irremovable accessories), no incessant phone calls even though I specified email only because I can't accept personal calls at work (which some of the other dealers ignored), and professional/polite service. He was responsive, answered all my questions thoroughly/timely, and didn't treat me differently as a female. We wrapped up the entire process in 4 days. I only had to go to his dealership once (to get the car) and everything was done. The owner was pleasant as well and stopped to thank us. Even though it's out in the Dalles, it's completely worth your time to drive there to be treated well. Since I only buy cars once every 10-15 years, it was worth the extra distance. It's a beautiful drive right now with the sunshine and the ospreys are currently nesting. Good luck with your auto search! I am a happy and satisfied customer. Thanks Chris Cady!

After a bad experience with another local dealership I was hesitant to set foot on another dealers lot. I would go look when the lots were closed or looked on line to see what each had to offer so that I could go directly to the vehicles I had seen on line. On 2/14/15 after looking on line I went to Griffith and was approached by Austin a sales rep, I immediately told him I was just looking and about my experience at the other lot. He reassured me he would not pressure me but would like to offer his help with any questions or showing me the vehicles I was interested in. I'm pleased to say he kept his word and did not pressure me in any way! I found the perfect vehicle that met both my needs and budget and purchased it! It was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership! No pressure, my questions answered, and I'm very pleased with my experience. The service engine light came on and when I went back to the dealership, they took my car in and fixed the problem with no expense to me! Thanks! I will continue to do business with you guys!

I've bought all my used/new cars from Griffith. Great dealership! Quick and easy. They have easy drive up oil changes with no appointment needed.

I have never had a bad experience at Columbia Gorge Honda. I have always been treated well and notified of everything that would be done to my Highlander - never a surprise when I go to pay the bill. And the free carwash is always a nice bonus. :)
Columbia Gorge Honda is a great place to buy a car and the sales staff was more than helpfull. My time at Columbia Gorge Honda was one of the best experiences I have had purchasing a car.
